Rent to Own

The program allows you to choose a house from any property on the market. Our investor will purchase it and then rent it back to you through the duration of your Rent-to-Own agreement. At the end of the agreement, you have the option of purchasing your home outright at a pre-arranged price. Throughout the term which typically last up to 5 years you will save your down payment and build your credit. Your downpayment is built into your monthly rental fee, so you'll be forced to save as the "Rent to Own" program progresses: a great way to reach your financial goals!
